How Otto AI Technologies Inc handles information when you use crtr.bio, publish a creator page, or contact a creator.
Operated by Otto AI Technologies Inc · United States
Who operates crtr.bio
Otto AI Technologies Inc, based in the United States, operates crtr.bio. This policy covers our creator studio, public creator pages, and related support. You can contact us about privacy at support@crtr.io.
Information you provide
When you create or use an account, we process the account identifier, profile information, and verified email information needed to provide the service. Clerk provides sign-in and session management, including email links and Google sign-in. Google and Clerk process information under their own privacy policies.
We store the page content, links, images, appearance settings, and other information you save in the studio. We also process information you send to support. Please do not put passwords, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal information in public pages, audience forms, or support messages.
Public pages, images, and audience forms
Publishing makes your selected page content available to visitors. Unpublished page documents are restricted to the account that owns them. Uploaded images have public URLs and may be accessed by anyone with their URL, including before the page is published. Only upload images you are comfortable making publicly accessible.
If you submit a signup or enquiry form, we store the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and message, for the relevant creator. That creator can view, export, and delete those records. The creator is responsible for explaining and managing their own use of your information. Contact the creator about their communications; you may also contact us for help with information held by crtr.bio.
Submitting a signup form records your interest for the creator. The current service does not send a confirmation email for that signup. Creators may export audience records to other tools, whose subsequent use we do not control.
Usage information, cookies, and third-party content
Our built-in page analytics counts views and clicks and groups coarse referring sources. That tracker does not use cookies, browser storage, or a persistent visitor identifier, and it does not send the full referring URL. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling its analytics collection. These statements describe our built-in tracker, not every service used by a creator or by our infrastructure.
Sign-in services use cookies and related technology to keep you signed in and protect accounts. Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and operational logs, to deliver and protect their services.
Creator pages may contain links and embedded content from services such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Spotify. Loading or using that content can send information to those providers, which may use their own cookies or similar technology. Their policies apply to their services. We do not control external websites, embedded content, or a creator's use of exported information.
How we use and share information
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and publish creator pages; deliver audience submissions to the right creator; provide page insights and requested link checks; answer support requests; prevent misuse; and maintain the service. Link checks contact the external destinations selected by the creator.
Our current service providers include Vercel for hosting, Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and image storage, and Upstash for rate limits and queue infrastructure. Cloudflare manages domain DNS. Providers receive the information needed for their roles. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
We do not sell personal information or use the built-in analytics to target advertising. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect people or the service, or address fraud and abuse. If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may transfer with it subject to applicable protections.
Retention, exports, and deletion
Creator account, content, and audience records are kept to provide the service while the account and records remain active. You can remove supported records in the studio, unpublish pages, export account data, and request account deletion. Automatic age-based expiry of subscriber and enquiry records is not enabled at launch; those records remain until deleted through available controls or a supported deletion request.
Account deletion and removal of stored images involve background processing. Copies may remain temporarily in infrastructure backups or caches, and information needed for security, legal obligations, or unresolved disputes may be retained where permitted or required. We do not promise immediate removal from every third-party system. We review retention against the purpose for which information is kept.
An account export includes image references, not copies of every image file. Keep separate copies of images you need. Unpublishing or deleting a page cannot remove copies another person has already downloaded or published elsewhere.
Your choices and requests
Use the studio to manage your own content and supported audience records. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email support@crtr.io and identify the relevant account or page. We may need to verify your identity and authority before sharing or changing information. We respond according to the rights and requirements that apply to your request.
Do not send a password, sign-in link, session token, or API key with a request. If your request concerns a creator's independent use of information, we may direct you to that creator.
Children and policy updates
crtr.bio is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact support@crtr.io so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as the service or its practices change. We will publish the revised policy here and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not override rights that apply under law.
