Using crtr.bio

These terms govern your use of crtr.bio, operated by Otto AI Technologies Inc in the United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization.

You must be at least 13 and able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the service or agree to these terms, you must obtain it. The service is not intended for children under 13.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Do not share sign-in links or session credentials, impersonate someone else, or access an account without permission. Contact support@crtr.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content and publishing choices

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, process, format, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including showing content you publish to visitors and maintaining operational copies. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Only submit content you have the right to use and share. You are responsible for your page, links, images, offers, and claims. Publishing makes selected page content public. Uploaded images have public URLs even if the page itself is still a draft. Do not upload confidential material.

You can edit, unpublish, or remove content using the available controls. Removal from active systems and background image cleanup may take time; third-party caches and previously downloaded copies are outside our control. Keep your own copies of important content.

Audience information and creator responsibilities

If you collect names, email addresses, or messages through your page, use that information only in ways you have explained to the person and are permitted by applicable law. Obtain any permissions required for your communications, respect opt-out requests, and provide a suitable contact method and privacy information.

Do not collect sensitive information through ordinary audience forms, upload audience data you have no right to use, or use the service for spam or deceptive communications. Exporting audience information does not remove your responsibilities for its subsequent use.

Acceptable use

Do not use crtr.bio for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, exploitation, threats, harassment, impersonation, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not post private information about someone without an appropriate right or permission.

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse another creator's data, or use automated traffic to abuse the service or evade its limits. You may report security concerns privately to support@crtr.io.

External services and transactions

Creators may link to external stores, booking tools, payment services, and other websites or embed third-party media. Those services have their own terms and policies. crtr.bio does not become the seller, payment processor, or guarantor of a transaction simply because a creator links to it.

Check the details and policies of the creator or external provider before making a purchase or sharing information. We do not guarantee creator earnings, audience growth, external service availability, or the accuracy of third-party content.

Service changes and account restrictions

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features and may restrict content or accounts to address a breach of these terms, security risks, legal obligations, or harm to other people. Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us about it. We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion. We may retain information where needed for lawful operational, security, or legal purposes as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and your legal rights

We aim to provide a useful service, but interruptions, errors, and data loss can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep separate copies of content and information that matter to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive a right that applicable law protects.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms and provide additional notice where required. Contact support@crtr.io with questions, complaints, content reports, or requests to review an account restriction.
