Help with your account or page

Include your public page address or handle, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. Tell us which device and browser you used if the problem concerns signing in, editing, or displaying a page. You can include an approximate time to help us investigate.

Never send your password, a magic sign-in link, an authentication token, an API key, or someone else's private audience information. We will not ask you to share those credentials by email.

Privacy and deletion requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@crtr.io and identify the account or page concerned. We may verify your identity or authority to protect the account and other people's information.

Use the available studio controls to manage or export your own page and audience records. If the request concerns messages sent independently by a creator, contact that creator as well; we cannot remove data from tools they independently control.

Report content or a security issue

Send the relevant public page or link and explain the concern. For a rights complaint, explain your relationship to the affected content and how we can contact you. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@crtr.io. Describe the affected feature and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Do not access other people's accounts or data, interrupt the service, or publish sensitive findings while reporting them.

What to expect

Support is handled by email. We review requests based on their nature and urgency; we do not currently offer a guaranteed response time or a 24-hour live support service. We may ask for additional information to investigate.

If your issue concerns a purchase, booking, or subscription on a service linked by a creator, contact that creator or the relevant provider. For immediate danger or an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
